Privacy policy & cookies

We collect as little data as possible. This page explains in plain words what we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

The data controller is SempreViva Tech (George Tsakyris), based in Vari, Attica, Greece. Privacy contact: [email protected].

2. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, the Facebook Pixel or any other advertising trackers. That is why there is no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to ask consent for.

Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to third parties when the page loads.

3. Visitor statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool. It uses no cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you across sites. We see only aggregated, anonymous figures such as which pages were read, from which country and on what type of device. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form

When you send us a message we collect what you fill in: name, email, optionally phone and company, the type of project and your message. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract). We do not use it for newsletters or advertising and we never sell or share it.

Messages are stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure that only we can access. We keep them for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together, in which case contractual and tax obligations apply.

5. Processors

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as a processor under a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For network security, Cloudflare temporarily processes technical data such as IP addresses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Changes

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date below.
